The other answer has the most right, but not niacin help pass a drug test … The niacin flush and free will to further help (even if drugged niacin purge from your system.) Flush-free niacin is a different type of niacin and niacin is a weak pure "form" (for lack of a better term) and do not have exactly the same properties as pure niacin. That said, niacin flush drugs from your system is a myth … can alter the test results (which could mean you have to to pick up that gives your body more time to remove the drugs), but does not alter the level of drugs in his system. Different drugs are stored in different tissues, well … some are removed within a few days, but some others like pot will be stored in fatty tissues and can take a good 30 days for the body to eliminate them. Exercise can help you burn fat tissue and could help get it out of your system as soon as possible, but it would take plenty of exercise between now and then … also you should refrain as much as I know you do not want to hear that.
