Are there any small hair vitamin pills or liquid hair vitamins out there?
i have trouble swallowing pills so i chew them but i want to take some kind of hair vitamin. are there any that are really small because when i chew really big pills i end up and spit them right back out. also do any hair vitamins come in liquid?
What do you mean by “hair” vitamin pills?
Chewing up pills of any kinds isn’t normally recommended unless directed by a doctor or pharmacist. Reason: it enters your blood stream differently (quicker) than if you simply digest it.
My advice?
1) Have a huge glass of water handy.
2) Put the water in your mouth and pop the pill in. Swallow.
Unfortunately, the hardest part is the mental block you put on it. You’re going to encounter larger pills for the rest of your life – what better time to learn how to cope than now?
