Does Acai Berry really work to lose weight? An objective view of the Acai Berry Diet craze
Is it possible in the age of miracles for lose weight to be unfamiliar with the wonders of Acai pronounced [Berry] ah-sigh-ee? Probably not. The fruit has become a tiny rash all over the internet .. promoted, as is, with an amazing list of benefits. The worrying scenario is familiar.
Just how much truth lies behind all claims berry diet Acai? Very little I fear. Despite the madness of this tropical fruit generated a decade ago – a madness that led to the inevitable stampede of profit – is not true: there is no serious evidence that Acai berry is more than one healthy natural food.
Reality and reason, however, somewhat against something that is fashionable, or even better .. Cool. In fact Acai berry is extra cool. Why? He lives in the tops of palm trees that are deep the Amazon jungle, and is considered dense with magical properties. Today nothing is Amazon, at least, cold. Popular culture overwhelms us with its mysteries. It teaches us reverence for its hidden treasures of health benefits and medical cures. Such nostrums can not easily be dismissed .. Right?

This same story appears in different flavors, fake news sites health. Examples: news6health.com, news7health.com, news8health.com, news5reports.com, weeklyhealthusa.org, healthnews5.net, news6reports.co.uk, dailyhealthalerts.com … Some of these sites are similar in name and appearance, most attributed to "Julie Miller" stock images that clearly show different women. Other sites similar stories attribute female ghost reporters with different names and faces.
This is a clear warning to consumers that these sites are fraudulent.
As expected, I could not find any evidence that "Julia Miller" exists. It safe to say that Julia Miller, as well as health reporters "other" is an invented character, a marketing tool used to trick people with false reports of the health benefits of Acai. Nothing new here.
What, then, indeed can be said of Acai Berry 'super' myth?
1] no scientific evidence supports Acai Berry Diet testimony or any of the claims of the promoters of the Acai berry.
2] independent experts agree: there is no credible evidence indicates that the extraordinary health benefits arising from the use of Acai Berry Products.
The Center for Science in the Public Interest [CSPI], a consumer advocacy group respected, states: "no no evidence, whatsoever, that Acai can promote weight loss, stomach flattening, cleaning the colon, increase libido, or perform any of the functions claimed "
I believe it is time that those responsible for alerting consumers to the health and weight loss fraud, such as Acai berry and predators take advantage of them
